Mr. Shealy designed his first website in 1994 and obtained an engineering degree from the University of Florida. He worked for two national engineering firms Kimley-Horn and CH2M Hill. In 2000, Mr. Shealy graduated with honors from Florida State University Law School and joined the Florida Bar.
